IDA web app connects you with a network of trusted dental professionals committed to delivering exceptional care. The application allows dentists to login and update details related to their services and experience thus allowing the patients/customers to have clear checks and finalize a doctor visit based on their medical issues.
The application has a backoffice where admins can manage details of members i.e. renowned dentists from IDA. The admins can edit details such as qualifications, workplace location, area, and contact details of doctors, if changed overtime so that patients can book an appointment accordingly.
The users can post a query in the FAQ section of the web application. The already posted queries are also available for users to have a look and get their questions answered.
The admins can manage FAQs posted by application users by publishing their answers. Based on the answers posted, the question status is updated in the Backoffices FAQs list to keep a track of all questions being answered. The answered content is available on the website.
There are several courses available for doctors in IDA application which enables dentists to enhance their medical skills and keep themselves updated with the latest medical enhancements around the world. With these courses the dentists will get a clear set of instructions which will help them perform their job in a better way.
