Provides the solutions for Sleep disorder testing An innovative portable device to monitor your sleep patterns at your home itself. Dormotech provides the solutions for Sleep disorder testing and they have created an innovative portable device to monitor your sleep patterns at your home itself. This single patient device is intuitive and simplified the scoring & reporting systems then that used in novel machine assisted scoring approach. The technology is also affiliated from American Association of Sleep Medicine & Centre for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Problem Statement
We need to create an IOT based Back-office web application where we will track the signals from the device and display, analyse, update it on the application and then generate a report on behalf of that data. It comprises of a complete:
1.Test Records Management.
2.Real Time Tracking and Assistive analysis of Sleep test signal data.
3.User Management.
4.Patient Management.
Creating a whole set of robust yet simple web application for Scorers, Technicians, Physicians to work with. Solution stared with the objective of taking care of the Business logic and started thinking about the User stories and flow.
Our Solution
According to user flow we have divided our whole application into:
1. Test Records (Management):
a. List of Records:
i. Working Area.
ii. Test Details.
iii. Report Generation.
iv. Annotation summary.
2. User Management.
3. Patients.
4. Audit Trail.
5. Annotations.
As Test Records management is the most critical aspect of the application and there we need to analyse the data and on behalf of the analysis done by Technician or Physician the report has been generated.
So we created a set of wireframe first and shared with the client and reiterate it according to the needs.
Working Area
Testing the real time data in the form of signals it provides us the functionality to track & mark the abnormalities found in the data hence easy for a technician or a physician to enter their findings. Working area will help us to record and download the signal data into CSV format and also provides the other details.
Test Details
A Technician, Scorer or a Physician will put their findings and remarks in the detail page and save it for the report generation.
Report Generation
It is never being so easy as what we provide as a solution for the test records. The Algorithm and the AI used in the app will help to provide in-depth Sleep report from Graphs to:
1.Sleep stages.
2.Respiratory Data.
3.Body Position Data.
4.Head Position Data.
5.Snoring Data.
6.Heart rate observations.
User & Patient Management
A complete Role based User management system where we can add Scorer, Technician and Physician to analyse the test records and create the reports for the same.
Other than that we have a complete Patient management where we have patient record like personal information, Medical condition and the test record associated with him.
