There is no any platform for sharing company’s news, trips, activities etc.

A convenient mobile app is developed for sharing company’s news, trips, activities by each employee.

The wall screen has a record of all the contents posted by users. They can filter out the preferred contents from filter available like News, Company Activities, department, trips etc. Users can also filter out the contents based on dates, location and tags.
Users can post about any event such as News, Trip, Company Activities and Evening details on Company Social App. The address, pictures and reviews can also be posted, reading which other employees can join the event or like/comment/share with other interested folks in the organization.
The users can receive notifications whenever a new post is posted in the application. They can also customise receiving those notifications based on their area of interest.
In addition to the general notifications, the managers also receives notification to approve/reject a content posted my employees. The post is considered approved or verified even if one of the manger has accepted it. However, if the manager rejects the content, the corresponding post is removed from the social app.
The app has questionnaire defined in the sstem for a specific set of target audience. The employees can go and answer them which then favours the oragnization’s future series of events.
This employee satisfactory survey helps the organization define the pain points, if any within the organization and thus the management can plan for its employee’s well being by looking at the survey results.
The user can create their own profile by entering their personal details such as mobile number, Email id and designation inthe organization. They can also choose a profile picture for themself for better visibility.
A winner profile is a user that has all the necessary information in his/her profile page. The more the percentage of filled profile, the more the chance to be a winner. The winner profile gets coins which later can be used to win stuffs in the application.
The profile detail page has user’s personal details such as their job role in the organization, location and the rewards obtained through their participation in the application. The users can also look at the saved events and plan to participate in the event accordingly.
