Delivery box handles how a company or organization plans, assigns, and keeps track of deliveries and service calls. The application is capable of streamlining the process of dispatch management.
The user can login to Delivery box app by providing their mobile or cell number. This number will be kept in use for all sorts of future communications.
The Real Time Location Screen lists down the delivery address along with the person assigned for that particular delivery and also tracks the time from when the delivery started. The Delivery Details screen tracks the order time and delivery time and paralley updates the status as “Delivered” if the delivery is completed.
The users can create their profile in Delivery box application by feeding their personal informations such as name, email id and a profile picture.
The super admin have access to view the delivery status and along with the delivery person who is assigned for the delivery. They can add new delivery person and assign him to collect other parcel when it is ready to be dispatched. The ongoing deliveries is seen in “Now” tab and future scheduled delivery can be seen under “Next” tab.
The map screen shows the path that a delivery person is taking for his delivery. Admin can select the delivery person and track his path in order to get an estimate on delivery of order.
The Point of Sales Screen is the screen where the merchant/admin determines the amount due by the customer, states it, generate an invoice for the client, and provides the client with choices for making payment. The order is tracked by Order number and the Income is displayed on the top of the screen.
