Zangula Management system- ZMS is a management system tool from Zangula that combines a bug tracking feature with extra features like employee management, customer dashboards, and timesheet management to simplify management.
ZMS is capable of handling tedious tasks of HR management. With resource management, HR can manage the hiring process of candidates, by tracking the process flow of scheduled interviews, skill development of employees, and finances
ZMS provides developers with “My plan” dashboard where they can check the tickets and bugs assigned to them. This enables users to prioritize their work as per the deadlines and deliver with quality.
Project Manager has admin access and can view details of employees under human resource tab. The “Status” tab shows details such as employee name, role, project assigned and attendance marked per week. The “Details” tab list down the count of ticket assigned to each employee and the bandwidth it consumes of employee for the calculation of working hours.
ZMS enables client to monitor project timeline along with bug’s timeline graph. Client can check the speed of implementation of project and the status of each task and thus can mutually plan the project release date
Client can check the status of tickets or bugs in Board’s bug page. ZMS lists down bugs based on project and client can have a look at bugs, functional spec, dev plan, test cases and test execution report tickets to get an overview of project status.
